This policy explains what information Cortex Vital collects on cortexvital.com, why, and what choices you have. We keep it simple: this site runs no advertising trackers and we never sell personal data.

What we collect and why
Contact form. When you send us a message, we receive your name, email address and the message itself. We use it only to read and answer your inquiry. Please do not send sensitive medical information through the form.
Launch list. If you join the launch list on the homepage, we store your email address to notify you when sales open. That is the only thing we use it for; ask us at any time and we will remove it.
Visit statistics. We count visits with a simple tool that runs on our own hosting — not a third-party analytics service. It records the page visited, the source that brought you here (for example Instagram, Google, or a direct visit) and a date. IP addresses are converted into a one-way hash before storage and are never stored in plain form, so the statistics cannot be used to identify you.
Cookies. WordPress and WooCommerce set functional cookies needed for the site and shop to work (for example, remembering cart contents). We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Orders. Sales are not open yet. When ordering opens, checkout will ask for the details needed to fulfill an order (name, address, email), and payment will be processed by Elavon over HTTPS — your card details go directly to the payment processor and are never stored on this website.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or analytics services.
Sharing
Your information is shared only with the service providers needed to operate this site (such as our hosting provider, and — once sales open — the payment processor), and only to the extent needed for them to do their work, or when required by law.
How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept as long as needed to handle your inquiry. Launch-list emails are kept until you ask to be removed or the list is deleted. Visit statistics are kept in aggregated, non-identifying form.
Your rights
You may ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email CortexVitalus@gmail.com and we will take care of it.
Children
This website and our products are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13.
